Successful shortlisted applicants will be contacted to arrange an interview. Candidates are interviewed by a selection panel, typically consisting of three members, including the line manager for the position.
The content of the interview may include general questions and a discussion about skills, experience, and suitability for the position. It may also include scenarios and presentations.
The school reserves the right to fill a position by invitation, readvertise a position, or alter the scope of a role at any time before appointing a successful candidate.
Unsuccessful interviewed candidates will be advised by a phone call.
Candidates not interviewed will be notified by email, usually within four weeks of the closing date. Individual feedback can be provided to applicants who are unsuccessful upon request.
