Boarding Supervisors

1. Part-time (37.5 to 40 hours per fortnight) and fixed-term (until end of 2020 school year) with the possibility of permanency. 
2. Casual positions. 

GSG offers the rare opportunity for a suitably skilled professional for a part-time position as Boarding Supervisor. Working between 37.5 to 40 hours per fortnight during term time until the end of the school year, there is a possibility of the role becoming permanent. Applications are also welcome from individuals looking for casual work. 

GSG's residential boarding programme engages passionate and dedicated Boarding Supervisors involved in leading and supervising students in our unique residential environment, contributing to their social, emotional, educational, physical and spiritual development.  

Various shift times are available, with typical weekday shifts being 3.00pm to 11.00pm; and weekend shifts being 9.00am to 5.00pm, with occasional overnight shifts in provided accommodation.

Boarding Tutors: Contract or Casual

GSG seeks to build its casual pool of highly capable Tutors providing academic support to residential boarding students.

Subject areas include Mathematics, English, Science, and Humanities and Social Sciences. Experience in ATAR Mathematics and/or English is highly desirable.  

It is essential that successful applicants are highly organised, have relevant experience, and the ability to communicate and engage students with appropriate study techniques.

Position: Junior School Teacher
Closing Date: 9.00am, Tuesday 3 March 2020
Work Type: Full-time, fixed-term, Maternity leave cover

We seek the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Junior School Teacher with high-level interpersonal skills and the proven ability to engage and form strong relationships with children. 

The Teacher will cover a period of maternity leave, from early Term Two until the end of Term Four.  

The successful applicant is required to hold a Bachelor of Education or equivalent, however a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education is preferable. Knowledge and experience of inquiry-based practices and current best practice in early childhood education, is required.
